Community Assessment Findings

To capture insights about transportation from a variety of perspectives, we conducted virtual community focus groups and sent a random-sample survey to 425 Emmetsburg households. In addition, we surveyed 9th- and 12th-grade students from the Emmetsburg High School. The quantitative data collected from survey responses complement the qualitative information gathered from the focus groups.
