Community Visioning Program applications for new communities, as well as Renewing Community Vision applications for past communities, are available in Adobe PDF format and can be viewed online or downloaded. Completed applications are due (postmarked) by October 1. Contact Sandra Oberbroeckling for a more specific date. Selections will be announced in early November. Send completed applications to:
